We offer each forty-five minute class at $20 or $150 for 10 tickets. Note: Due to current weather conditions, our 8:15am Sunday class is canceled for October 30, 2011 ONLY. We're sorry for the inconvenience and wish everyone safety on the roads.
Welcome to Bodies inMotion, a
New Jersey wellness and fitness center where
alternative and
traditional exercise styles are taught. Pilates, GYROTONIC®, ,
Niyolates™, GYROKINESIS®
, Strength & Tone,
Centering Techniques™, and Movement classes for
adults and children are available.
No membership fees are required. Wellness is emphasized. There are now five new GYROTONIC® Apprentices available for traning at a special rate. Please contact front desk for more information. |
